Birgit's Wish is a unique collection of ornaments designed by Birgit Müller-Blech
where the United States Cancer Society for children receives 15% of the
proceeds from the sale of these ornaments to fund cancer research.
Birgit's Christmas Collection was manufactured exclusively in limited quantities
from 1996 through 2003. Limited Edition ornaments are numbered and signed
by Birgit Müller-Blech.
Limited Edition Inge-glas ornaments are traditionally issued each year in
limited numbers of 999 ornaments of each design, for the discerning collector.

2021 Limited Edition
Golden Autumn has been released for 2021, as the third in the
Four Season series of limited edition ornaments. This ornament
compliments Spring is Coming! released in 2019
and Summer Sunshine release in 2020.
The colorful leaves rustle loudly under the shoes of this young
girl dressed in a bright yellow rain slicker, during an autumn
walk. The fog smells of damp earth and moss, the wind blows the
last leaves off the trees, which fall to the ground with a
golden shine. Laughing, we jump from one puddle to the next,
the coat gets dirty, the feet get wet. While the warming soup
and cozy blankets are already waiting for us at home, we can
hardly wait to tell each other about our Fall adventures!

Winter Joy has been released for 2022, as the fourth in the
Four Season series of limited edition ornaments. This ornament
completes the series along with Spring is Coming, Summer
Sunshine, and Golden Autumn released in 2019-2021
Winter is upon us. Sometimes cold & gray, then radiant and
glittering again, it brings us to rest and clarity before we
start a new year with great resolutions. Nature sleeps,
lovingly covered by frosty ice crystals and gathers new
strength. The snow trickles softly, but the children's laughter
is loud and heart-warming, accompanying the flying snowballs.
Soon it gets dark and we warm ourselves at home by the crackling
fireplace.

This is the first in a series of the "Four Seasons" as
portrayed in unique glass ornament designs as created by
Birgit Müller-Blech, designer of the Inge-glas Manufactur.
The air becomes mild and the grass shines in deep green.
The sweet scents of the first flowers are spreading. The
birds and the first rays of sunshine are announcing the
beginning of Spring. Sit down on the grass quietly and
watch the bees and butterflies over colorful meadows, just
like our naughty boy in overalls who enjoys the Spring
awakening with bare feet while plotting new exploits.
