Charley Harper's amazing artwork has been reproduced into challenging 1,000
piece jigsaw puzzles by Pommegranate.
Reared on a West Virginia farm he spent most of his life residing in Cincinnati.
Charley sadly passed away on June 10th, 2007. His artwork, his humor and his
kind heart will be sorely missed by all whom he has met and touched. Charley
Harper had made three personal appearances at The Frame Workshop.

in this flock? Each April, I listen
anxiously to the dawn chorus for the return
of my favorite, that world-class flutist,
the Wood Thrush. Are silent springs
forthcoming? Remember the canary in the
coal mine?
Forty-five birds are presented in Charley
Harper's own unique "minimal realism"

defined "minimal realist style", was able
to distill the essence of each bird, bug,
