The Frame Workshop is pleased to announce that we will be hosting a return visit to Wisconsin by Dipl.-Ing. Karla Steinbach of the respected German nutcracker maker, Steinbach GmbH in December 2010.
Karla, daughter of the late Christian Steinbach makes her third visit to Appleton as part of her U.S. tour in 2010 and her second appearance in our new location at 430 E Northland Avenue.

The name Steinbach is recognized all over the world for the unique design of their wood carved Steinbach Nutcracker masterpieces.
Begun many years ago by Herr Christian Steinbach (the King of Steinbach Nutcrackers) the tradition of creating fine, hand-carved Steinbach German Nutcrackers is being continued Today by Karla Steinbach.
Karla is a 6th generation Steinbach family member to carry on the reigns of this 200 year old tradition of creating beautiful nutcrackers and other turned wooden items and collectibles.

Christmas Legends Series - 2010
The Steinbach firm has produced a special nutcracker each year since 1994 to this Christmas Legends series.
Each addition to this series depicts another time period, country or culture in this wonderful collection of Santa nutcrackers. We've seen Saint Nicholaus, Père Noël, Grandfather Frost, an Italian Santa and in 2010, this Nordic Santa.
This 17-1/2 inch nutcracker can be ordered at any time. It is signed by Karla Steinbach.
