Ordering online from The Frame Workshop is safe, easy and actually more accurate than phoning in your order. We have discovered that a large percentage of online shoppers call in their orders because they are concerned that the item that interests them may not actually be in stock!

Does your website truly reflect what you have in inventory?

We've been in the retail business since 1978 and physically stock 99% of our inventory. Although we are sometimes taken by surprise, we take great pride sharing with you the fact that if you see the item displayed online, this means that it is indeed IN STOCK!

What is your processing time?

We typically process the majority of our orders the same day that we receive them, with the balance being shipped out within 24 hours.

How much will it cost to send an item to me and how long will it take?

Our online shopping cart will give you the option of selecting your shipping option, once you have filled in the credit card & shipping information.

We ship all items via UPS Ground Insured to the 48 contiguous United States. We also offer 3-Day Select, Second Day Air and Next Day Air shipments to those who desire expedited service. Orders sent to Alaska and Hawaii are sent via USPS Service Priority Mail, but these also have the option to select UPS Air as an alternative. The map below gives you an approximate idea of how long shipping will take, with most of the United States serviced within 4 business days.

Our Shipping & Handling charges begin at $10.00 for UPS Ground delivery, and diminishes with the size of your order...

Orders under $25 will be assesed $10.00 S/H
Orders under $50 will be assesed $9.00 S/H
Orders under $125 will be assesed $8.00 S/H
Orders under $250 will be assesed $7.00 S/H
Orders under $500 will be assesed $5.00 S/H
Orders over $500 are shipped Free of Charge.

You can always view the shipping & handling charges regardless of destination prior to sending your order confirmation.

UPS Expedited Air charges will increase with the size of the purchase!

What about International Shipments?

We ship most international shipments via the USPS - Express Mail International. Our shopping cart is currently set up to accept orders from Canada, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, and most of the EEC European countries -- Currently: Austria, Belgium, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain and the United Kingdom.

If you desire a shipment sent elsewhere in the world, kindly Email to discuss possible arrangements.

How will I know that my order is on it's way?

When your order is shipped, UPS or the USPS will email you a confirmation and tracking number for your order. The email from UPS will have a subject "UPS Ship Notification" coming from Quantum View. Make sure that your spam filters do not block these notifications. They conveniently contain a one click link to the UPS website where you can easily see the progress of your shipment.

If you have a UPS tracking number, you can see the progress by going to the UPS tracking page.

Do you offer gift wrapping on purchases?

Naturally, gift wrapping enhances the online shopping experience, and we are glad to offer this service to our customers at a nominal fee. Depending upon your purchases, gift wrapping varies from $1 to $4.

Our shopping cart will allow you to put your message which we will transfer to a gift enclosure card.

Sorry, but we must decline requests to individually wrap small ornament boxes!

When is my charge card processed?

Charge cards are not processed until orders are pulled and ready to pack for shipment. We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover and American Express for online payment.

What about Returns?

We offer a Guaranteed Return Policy - If you are unhappy with any Frame Workshop purchase, simply return it within 30 days. We will cheerfully refund the purchase price of the product or replace the product (at your request). Any returned items must be in their original packaging, plus shipping carton and in unused condition. Please call us within 30 days of receipt of your order before returning your package, for authorization and instructions for return.

Items may not be returned without proper authorization. Refunds are reimbursed minus any shipping and handling fees. Sorry, but we do not reimburse customer return costs. Returns & Cancellations may be subject to a 10% Restocking Fee.

What about my private information?

Under no circumstances do we share any personal information with 3rd parties. All personal information is kept within The Frame Workshop for our use in processing your orders.

Never at any time have we, nor will we, sell your email or other personal information to a 3rd party.
