You'll find the Burrowing Owl in any 
edition of Who Whos in America, but 
he is not your typical wise old who-who 
owl.  He's the droll one who lives in a 
hole in the ground and spends most of the 
day standing on his stoop, bowing 
ceremonlously to passers-by.  

Is the lo Moth a trick or a treat?  Who 
knows?  Just don't panic if this clown 
shows up on your stoop on Halloween when 
you're fresh out of goodies -- give him an 
IOU.
