Q. Do you purchase any C Harper old prints 70's-80's?

Q. I have a signed Charles Harper silkscreen titled "Water Strider". My Grandmother purchased it in 1969 and the size is approximately 40" x 23" and is the 99/500 print. I would appreciate any information you might be able to give me regarding this print. Thank you.
Q. I have seen a floating image in a frame it has no matting but it looks matted from behind and the image dosen't look like it is mounted on anything. a large beautiful frame and classical look. what is this called?
Q. A friend of mine has three limited edition prints by wildlife artist and illustrator Wm. R. Perry: all are bird prints-one of a black crow, one of a road runner, one of a cardinal and one of a pheasant. These are beautiful color prints, published through the now defunct Nature's Gallery of Tulsa, Oklahoma, back in the 1970's. I think this artist is deceased--I have tried to find out info. on him and more of his works and any values his prints have. Can you help me find out more about this artist, who was from Oklahoma, and if his prints are available from any galleries? thank you!!!!
