A. A Certified Picture Framer, CPF is an individual who has passed a written examination covering the latest materials, techniques and design theories within the industry. The exam tests the skills and knowledge required to excel in our profession. It is administered by the Professional Picture Framers Association with the assistance of the educational Testing Service of Princeton, NJ.
