Glass photo frames handcrafted in New York City by designer Ingo Williams.
These picture frames are sold in a wide selection of shapes, sizes and glass
textures. They make the perfect gift for Christmas, birthdays, weddings
and anniversaries.
Bedford Downing frames consist of two paralleled pieces of glass soldered
together that rest in a unique and separate glass stand. A tiny round sliver
disc of a spring holds the photos in position with tension.
Ingo Williams opened his first studio in 1972 at the corner of Bedford and
Downing Streets in the West Village - Today all of the work is still done by
hand in Brooklyn using architectural glass and stained glass techniques.

currently... 7x9 which will accommodate a pair of 4x6 images
perfectly but can also handle images slightly larger or smaller.
We also offer this elegant "Snowflake" pattern in a Double 5.5x7,
Double 5x5, and a petite Double 3.5x3.5 inch size.
The double-pane sandwiched construction makes for easy
replacement of photographs held in position with small curved
plastic springs.
