These charming Guinea Fowls have round bodies and tiny heads. French potter Heidi Caillard
developed a tremendous fondness for these little creatures that ran around her yard and
she began to create them in clay. Today Heidi's son Adrien and his family continue to
create these fanciful birds in her tradition.
It's difficult not to fall under the charm of Provence handicrafts. The Guinea Fowl
or Pintades as they are known in France, are undeniably part of this category.
These life-sized ceramic poultry with their generous stylized lines are made of
clay and hand glazed. Available in Matte or Glossy finish and most in three sizes.
