Camel on Pin Cushion
2005 Steiff Club Piece
The camel on pincushion was launched as a replica of a
1904 design exclusively for the members of the Steiff
Club.
It is made of high quality velvet, elaborately painted
and the embroidery is all executed by hand. Each camel
has a gilded head and has a white sequential numbered
gold tag with black writing.
Made in Giengen, Germany by Steiff GmbH

blades and the center hub together in one
single unit. It is designed for the very
smallest Richard Glässer 169-170
series of pyramids.
Example: Mini Candle-less pyramid
These pyramids don't actually use candles but
are placed where heat naturally rises near
radiators, etc.

2006 Steiff Club Piece
This Steiff White Mohair Cat on a Blue Velvet Pin
Cushion was a Steiff "Club-member" only piece
released in 2006 - Now Retired.
It is a re-creation of a very well adored 1906
antique version. The cat on the pincushion stands
approx. 8 1/4" The light blue ribbon around her
neck says "Steiff." Nice detailing to this Steiff
cat, as you would always expect to find, down to
her little whiskers and the blue cord around the
pillow!
