It's difficult not to fall under the charm of Provence 
handicrafts.  The Guinea Fowl or Pintades as they are known in 
France, are undeniably part of this category. These life-sized 
ceramic poultry with their generous stylized lines are made of 
clay and hand glazed. 

Each bird features a spotted Red-Yellow plumage that contrasts 
with their little faces. Made according to a family tradition 
initiated 40 years ago in Lussan, France by artisan Heidi 
Caillard and continued today by her son Adrien,since 1994. 

This Red speckled Yellow guinea Fowl is 
available in three sizes: Medium - 20,5 cm
Small - 17,0 cm  and Pecking - 17,0 cm.
