Adding to the realism of your Bethlehem scene, you should depict an 
elderly person and thus this figure was created and added in 2015.  

It is quite common for many people in the Spanish and Mediterranean 
region to go beyond displaying not only the Nativity at Christmas but 
rather creating a vignette of the entire town of Bethlehem.
