This Shamrock with 25mm hand is a replacement part for Steinbach 
S1345, a Chubby Irish  nutcracker first released in 1998.

It more than likely was also used on other Steinbach nutcrackers 
and smokers!

Size: 2-1/2 x 3 inches - 6,0 x 8,0 cm 
Hand is 25mm in diameter and designed for Chubby Sized rather than 
full sized Steinbach nutcracker.
