Ulbricht Classic Nutcracker
Arthur was the legendary king of the Celtic British and has
been portrayed in this classic nutcracker design from
Ulbricht. King Arthur defeated the Saxons, Angles and
Jutes. Many legends and myths surround this hero of Celtic
mythology.
Attention to detail is a trade mark of every Ulbricht
nutcracker that originated with Otto Ulbricht in the
Erzgebirge in 1928. A glazed finish reveals rich wood tones
in this nutcracker.

Christian Ulbricht's Seiffen, Saxony factory.

2021 Ulbricht Nutcracker
Father Frost is an originally Russian fairy tale character
resembling Santa Claus, which comes from Slavic mythology
and embodies the personification of winter. Here is
depicted holding a Russian Matryoshka "Nesting Doll".
Father Frost gives presents to the children on New Year's
Eve. This custom is also widespread in other Eastern
European countries.
