Although the presentation would be clean and simply, there is some hidden complexity to this framing job. First the overall size being large means the frame must to strong enough to handle the glass.
Secondly, the glass should be raised above the surface of the photograph with acrylic spacing (It sounds like you would prefer to not increase the size with matting.)
Third, the image should be dry-mounted so that it does not ripple, and fourth, an additional support should be added to the back of the frame so that it does not pull appart.
An estimate with Nielsen profile 15 frame, glass, dry mounting, spacing and fitting would be about $196.00 for this job.
